Even then, that listing information is only displayed on the Web site and is not used for any other purpose.

• We do not use e-mail addresses for "backend marketing" of other products or services.
• We do not send unsolicited e-mail.
• We do not use your information for any other purposes than those specifically stated.

Homes On The Web, Inc. collects three types of information from our Web site. Below is an explanation of each type of information and how it is used.

From the home page and notification page, you can sign up for automatic notification of new listings on our site. This simple application only collects e-mail addresses. These addresses are stored on our server. When a new listing comes in an automatic e-mail message is generated. If you wish to discontinue this service, follow the unsubscribe directions contained in the e-mail message to automatically remove your e-mail address. E-mail addresses submitted to this service are only used to automatically notify the addressee of new listings and for no other purpose.

From the Add Listing page, you can sign up for our listing service. Information from this form is displayed within each listing. This allows potential buyers to contact you quickly and easily.

From the Pre-Qualify for a Loan page, users are invited to submit financial information for review by our private mortgage officers for the purpose of pre-qualifying for a home mortgage loan. Homes On The Web, Inc. recognizes the sensitive and private nature of this information. Utilizing SSL and encryption technologies, your information is securely transmitted. It is held in confidence and is only used by our mortgage loan officers to determine mortgage loan eligibility. Once a determination has been made, users are notified.
